This is a collection of photographs I shot in September 2017. My own visual perception of a city rich in character, wearing its history on its sleeve.

The best way to feel a city is on foot; these images portray my visual journey through the streets of Budapest, and hopefully do justice to what I found to be a rather romantic city. Little hidden secrets revealed on every corner.

The last few photographs were taken at the Szechenyi Thermal Baths, subtly separate as this was a unique visual experience in itself. A day spent at a playful palace, rich in colours and various quirky characters from locals to tourists. An aspect you can’t afford to miss in ‘The City of Baths’.
